Opportunity review
KRM helps evaluate opportunities, prepare thoughtful responses and keep professional next steps organized.

Representation is active work: thoughtful decisions, organized communication and practical support that help turn creative momentum into a durable career.
Do I need a manager yet?
Most artists say it more simply: “I want to perform. I want the world to know who I am.”
A manager does not replace the artist’s talent or vision. The role is to help evaluate where the career stands, decide what matters next and connect creative, business and professional activity into one working plan.

More than a conversation
Artists should be able to see the support around their career—not only hear about it. KRM Backstage organizes the private work of opportunity, music business, communication and professional follow-through for approved clients.
Behind the Backstage wall
Signed artists receive a secure workspace for selected opportunities, music and production requests, communication and resources. The public can see the approach; client information stays private.
Private access is issued only after KRM approval. What KRM supports
KRM helps evaluate opportunities, prepare thoughtful responses and keep professional next steps organized.
Distribution, publishing, PRO registration, sync, ownership and split-sheet conversations are approached as connected parts of a career.
Outbound communication, social strategy and revenue-producing campaigns are planned around the artist's priorities and readiness.
When a project needs equipment, stage, sound or planning support, KRM helps identify the right request and the right next action.
Income, royalties & accountability
Income can come from live performance, releases and streaming, publishing and PRO activity, sync, merchandise, brands and production. KRM works to keep the activity and next actions visible.
Where an agency relationship is in place, KRM can track its compensation alongside the artist’s reported activity. A Letter of Agency is requested whenever appropriate, while each artist remains responsible for accurate information and required approvals.
The first step
Share who you are, where your work is now and what you are building. KRM reviews introductions privately and follows up when there is a potential fit.
